This hotel has got it all! the location is spot on, with major tourist attractions, bus and train stations, and even a beautiful river all nearby. Secondly, the staff is incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from parking to restaurant reservations. Lastly, the rooms are a perfect blend of Japanese-modern style and comfort, complete with air purifiers/humidifiers and spacious bathrooms. And don't even get me started on the delicious breakfast!
Just one tiny area for improvement: the hotel could work on improving the cleaning service a bit more.

The room at Rinn Niomon was absolutely breathtaking. The moment we entered, we were blown away by the elegance and charm it exuded. The spaciousness was a pleasant surprise, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The traditional yet modern decor created a luxurious atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby stations and a peaceful ambiance away from the hustle and bustle. The staff, though limited in English, went above and beyond to assist us with their patience and helpfulness. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable experience.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed in a Japanese-modern style. The attention to detail is impressive, and the basic amenities are all provided. The location is perfect, with easy access to bus and train stations, as well as being close to major tourist attractions, temples, and a beautiful river that you can walk along.
The only minor improvement I would suggest is to provide more frequent cleaning service.

I recently stayed in a hotel that was a perfect blend of traditional and modern vibes, which provided a unique experience. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to various conveniences, and the room was spacious and clean. the comfortable beds and separate tatami area were perfect for relaxation. the bathroom was roomy and came with all the necessary amenities, and the staff were very helpful despite the language barrier.
As a budget traveler, I felt quite disappointed with the lack of free cleaning service.

The spacious rooms exceeded our expectations. the separate tatami area was the perfect spot to relax during our romantic escape. the bathroom was roomy and the shower was a treat with high water pressure. the location was ideal, close to both bus and metro stops, and within walking distance to key attractions. We appreciated the convenience of having nearby fast food chains and convenience stores.
One thing to keep in mind is that communication with staff can be a bit slower if you don't speak the local language. the translation devices provided were quite helpful.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Kyoto that I found to be excellent value for money. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing me and my family to spread out comfortably. It had a unique blend of traditional and modern elements, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was conveniently located near major tourist attractions, including temples and a picturesque river, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were well-appointed and impeccably clean, with attention to detail that reflected a Japanese-modern style. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, giving us a great start to our day of adventure.
Honestly, there was nothing to complain about during my stay.

My Xmas stay here was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a mixture of traditional and modern styles. The staff were very helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and it was only a short walk to a popular river hangout spot. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the room which made for a relaxing stay.
Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike. The only thing to nitpick was the cleaning service, as rooms are only cleaned every three days which could be inconvenient for those on a shorter stay.
